Dr. McTigue is board-certified in Dermatology and is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners. She is also certified in Mohs micrographic surgery for skin cancer. Her specialties include Mohs surgery and other dermatological surgery, collagen implants, skin grafts and flaps, liposuction, BOTOX® treatments, Restylane™ fillers, IPL Laser, laser hair removal, CO2 laser, pulse dye laser and sclerotherapy.
Dr. McTigue earned her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1981 after completing her undergraduate education at St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana with a B.S. in Biology. Her post-graduate training included a pediatric internship at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and a dermatology residency at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She also completed elective training in pediatric dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery.
